What does USDA certified organic mean?
Well, for starters it means that we're awesome. But besides that it means that we're allowed to label our toothpastes as "organic" and we get to use the USDA logo. In order to do this, products must comply with a strict set of criteria:
- Produced without any of the excluded methods, (e.g., genetic engineering or ionizing radiation).
- Produced using allowed substances (e.g., no synthetics).
- Overseen by a USDA National Organic Program-authorized certifying agent, following all USDA organic regulations. (in our case we were certified NOP by EcoCert)

Why did I get a duplicate color in my 6 pack of toothbrushes?
Unfortunately, we do not guarantee that you will receive 6 unique colors when you order a 6 pack. Our 6 packs are prepackaged and color is dependent on inventory levels and availability. If you want to choose your colors, you can order them individually.

Will my existing account password be carried over to your new website?
In 2016 we debuted our sparkly new website but, unfortunately, for security reasons, we were not able to carry old account passwords over to the new site. We still have your account information though so all you need to do is recreate your account login.

Do I have to let my TOUR Travel Toothbrush dry before closing it?
You can, but you don't have to. There are two small drain holes directly behind the RADIUS logo on the handle that allow any water collected on the inside to drain out. We designed the TOUR this way so you don't have to keep your toothbrush open in order for it to dry.
If you do want to let it dry before closing it, you can leave it open with the RADIUS logo on the handle flat against the sink or counter.
It's your choice. You do you.

Is your Natural Biodegradable Silk Floss vegan?
Since vegan means using or containing no animal products and silk comes from a silk worm, our Natural Biodegradable Silk Floss is not vegan. We wanted to be able to offer a completely biodegradable floss and, at the moment, silk is our only option. We didn't want to leave out our vegan friends so we do offer two vegan flosses that are made from nylon.

How should I sanitize my toothbrush?
Whatever you do, do not put any of our toothbrushes or travel cases in the dishwasher. It won't be pretty.
The high temperature of a dishwasher, boiling water, or microwave will melt the plastic. To sanitize your toothbrush we recommend using a solution of 50/50 hydrogen peroxide and water. You can use the 3% dilution of hydrogen peroxide, which is the most common and typically found in drugstores or pharmacies. Soak your toothbrush for 5-10 minutes and voilà! Good as new.

Can toothbrush heads be recycled?
We're sorry to say that toothbrush heads, regardless of the brand, cannot be recycled due to metal staples in them that keep the bristles attached to the head.
Our toothbrush handles are recyclable unlike other brands. Most other brands of toothbrushes are over molded which means they use more than 1 type of plastic and cannot be recycled. For example, a typical Oral B handle uses rubber (TPE) and Polypropylene. Our handles are only one type of plastic or they are reusable.

Will my product fit in your travel case?
Unfortunately, we can't make our Travel Cases to fit every single brand since all of the sizes vary, but all of our Travel Cases do fit most major brands. The easiest way to tell is to measure your product and compare to the dimensions of our cases below.
- Original/SCUBA Travel Case --- 6.5" L x 1.5" W x 1" D
- Standard Toothbrush Case --- 8.5" L x 1.5" W (in middle) x 1" D
- Soap Travel Case --- 4.5" L x 3" W x 1.25" D
- Razor Travel Case --- 6" L x 1.25" W(at smaller end) and 2.25" W (at wider end) x 1.25" D
- Small Tampon/Condom Travel Case --- 3" L x 3" W x 0.75" D

Why did I receive an invoice from FedEx?
If shipped an order outside of the US, you may receive an additional invoice from FedEx. What you received is an invoice for the duties, taxes, and possible collection fee that are charged on international shipments by the carrier. This invoice is not from RADIUS as your payment to RADIUS was paid in full when you placed your order. The amount on the invoice is what the government of the country charges to import the package into the country. Please email us, open a ticket, or call us at 800-626-6223.

Are there additional fees for shipping internationally?
We do not charge you any additional fees other than the price of your order and shipping, however you may receive an additional charge from the carrier. Duties and taxes are sometimes charged for importing a product into the country.
- Duties/customs/taxes vary with each country. It's the government of the receiving country that regulates the cost.
- This cost is not included in the shipping cost for RADIUS. If you are going to be charged to import into the country, you will most likely receive an invoice from the freight carrier after you receive the package.
- RADIUS is not responsible for this cost since this is not a RADIUS charge.
