I accidentally ordered the wrong item and it was shipped to me. Can I return it for what I wanted?

I never received my order, what should I do?
Issue
I placed an order but never received it.
Answer
We usually ship orders out within 48 hours. We ship all of our orders from Pennsylvania so depending on your selected shipping method transit times can vary. We will email you a tracking number when your order ships so you can easily track your order. If the tracking information says that your package was delivered, first look around to see if the carrier left the package on your porch, patio or other area. Also check with neighbors since carriers often leave packages with trusted neighbors when the intended recipient isn't at home or available.

Why does my floss look different?
