Why does your Natural Silk Floss spool contain less floss than your other flosses?
It's due to a supply issue and cost. Our Silk Floss is hand spun from natural silk and because of this the manufacturing process can take longer than our other nylon flosses. To speed up the manufacturing process and to avoid having our Silk Floss constantly out of stock, we reduced our Silk spools to 33 yards of floss rather than 55 yards like our other flosses.

How often should I replace my toothbrush?
Our toothbrushes typically last up to 3x longer than ordinary toothbrushes. The life of your toothbrush does depend on how hard you brush and how often, but we recommend replacing them when the bristles start to fray or look worn.

Pull the head straight out of the handle. Please, we beg you... do not twist the head to get it out of the handle - you could break the poor thing in half.

I tried my new RADIUS toothbrush and I don't like it. Can I get a refund?

Yes, RADIUS stands behind all of our products. We have a 30 days guarantee. You can return your brush for a full refund or exchange if you are not satisfied.
We do recommend trying your new RADIUS toothbrush for at least a week before deciding that you don't like it. Since the brushes are larger than ordinary toothbrushes it might take you a while to adjust but most people who try them for a week become fans for life.

How do I change my shipping method?
