Absolutely! And bonus, our free shipping over $15 policy applies to US military addresses as well!
If you would like to order and ship to an APO/FPO address, please give us a call to place your order. We're unable to take these orders through our website, but will gladly help you over the phone.

What's the "I'm Feeling Lucky" option?
The "I'm Feeling Lucky" option that you see when ordering one of our toothbrushes is just our way of saying "you'll get a random color if you choose this option." If you're not too concerned with the color of your toothbrush and you want to be surprised, this is the option for you.
A few things to keep in mind:
1) You will not receive a multi-colored toothbrush.
Just because the I'm Feeling Lucky button is multi-colored does not mean your toothbrush will be.
2) You're not guaranteed to get a specific color.
It's a random pick based on what colors we have available at the time of picking.
3) You will not know what color you're getting before it arrives.
Sorry, but you'll have to wait for the surprise.
So the real questions is...are you feeling lucky? Well, are you?

Why did I get a duplicate color in my 6 pack of toothbrushes?
Unfortunately, we do not guarantee that you will receive 6 unique colors when you order a 6 pack. Our 6 packs are prepackaged and color is dependent on inventory levels and availability. If you want to choose your colors, you can order them individually.

In 2016 we debuted our sparkly new website but, unfortunately, for security reasons, we were not able to carry old account passwords over to the new site. We still have your account information though so all you need to do is recreate your account login.

While our Customer Service Department is happy to help you with any questions or concerns, we no longer take orders over the phone.

Why did I receive an invoice from FedEx?
If shipped an order outside of the US, you may receive an additional invoice from FedEx. What you received is an invoice for the duties, taxes, and possible collection fee that are charged on international shipments by the carrier. This invoice is not from RADIUS as your payment to RADIUS was paid in full when you placed your order. The amount on the invoice is what the government of the country charges to import the package into the country. Please email us, open a ticket, or call us at 800-626-6223.

Are there additional fees for shipping internationally?
We do not charge you any additional fees other than the price of your order and shipping, however you may receive an additional charge from the carrier. Duties and taxes are sometimes charged for importing a product into the country.
- Duties/customs/taxes vary with each country. It's the government of the receiving country that regulates the cost.
- This cost is not included in the shipping cost for RADIUS. If you are going to be charged to import into the country, you will most likely receive an invoice from the freight carrier after you receive the package.
- RADIUS is not responsible for this cost since this is not a RADIUS charge.

How are your shipping rates calculated?
We offer free standard shipping to US delivery addresses for orders over $15. For orders that do not qualify for free shipping our shipping charges are are dependent on how much you buy and where it's being shipped. We use weight and cost calculations directly from the United States Postal Service and FedEx. Please know that any shipment over 1lb must ship Priority Mail (as designated from the USPS) and will cost more than items under 1lb. We ship directly from our HQ in Pennsylvania.

Why can't I choose my colors when I order a 6 pack?
Issue
I want to order a 6 pack but I also want to choose my colors. Is that possible?
Answer
You cannot choose your colors when ordering a 6 pack. Our 6 packs are prepackaged and come in an assortment of colors only. Because they are assorted and prepackaged we are able to offer more of a discount on this pack than you would receive purchasing 6 individual toothbrushes by color.

How do I change my shipping method?
Issue
I already placed my order, but I want to change my shipping method. Can I do that?
Answer
Unfortunately your system does not allow you to change a shipping method once an order has been placed. If your order has not shipped please call us at 800-626-6623 ASAP. We can cancel your order so you can re-enter it with the correct shipping method.
